Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to clearly identify client needs and establish effective treatment plans.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, couple, family, and group settings, using modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems efficiently.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, utilizing learned skills to assist clients during challenging situations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed on the latest research and techniques in mental health, with opportunities to attend workshops and training programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
