Work Environment

As an onsite physical therapist at our Marco Island facility, you will find yourself in a dynamic outpatient office setting equipped with the latest rehabilitation technologies and therapeutic modalities. Our facility is designed to promote a supportive atmosphere where teamwork flourishes and patient success is celebrated. The flexible scheduling options—including 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts—allow for a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual therapy needs, utilizing advanced evaluation methods.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals, incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Track patient progress meticulously, adjusting therapy approaches based on outcomes and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, occupational therapists, and sports trainers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on home-based exercises and lifestyle modifications that enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes post-surgical patients, athletes recovering from injuries, and individuals suffering from chronic pain conditions. Your role is pivotal in helping these individuals regain their mobility and strength, ensuring they can return to their daily activities and passions.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license in Florida or eligibility for licensure.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional clinical reasoning and a strong attention to detail, particularly in progress tracking and patient assessments.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of hands-on experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to streamline documentation and patient management.
• Experience in orthopedic or sports rehabilitation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a matched 401(k) retirement plan, three weeks of paid time off, and six paid holidays per year.
