Work Environment

Located on the picturesque Marco Island, Florida, our outpatient office is well-equipped with modern facilities designed to promote patient comfort and recovery. The work environment is vibrant and collaborative, encouraging interaction among healthcare professionals. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options including traditional hours from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, as well as the possibility of four 10-hour shifts. This flexibility allows for a better work-life balance while ensuring patient care remains our top priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs and establish baseline metrics.
• Develop and implement effective therapy protocols aimed at restoring mobility and function.
• Utilize advanced techniques and technologies, including therapeutic modalities and manual therapy, to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and recovery strategies to promote ongoing healing and independence.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Physical Therapist license in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
