Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite at our outpatient office, where you will work directly with patients in a dedicated clinical setting. Your daily working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to enjoy the natural beauty and lifestyle that Marco Island has to offer after work. The outpatient environment fosters a dynamic and diverse caseload, enabling you to practice a range of therapeutic techniques while directly impacting patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for new patients, evaluating their physical functions and needs through detailed examinations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor patient progress, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative measures to adjust therapies as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
• Maintain clear and compliant documentation in accordance with professional regulations and organizational policies, ensuring patient confidentiality and care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse range of patients seeking rehabilitation for a variety of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and post-surgical recovery. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages, focusing particularly on enhancing physical mobility and restoring function through targeted interventions. Your role will be vital in promoting pain management, functional independence, and overall wellbeing through tailored rehabilitation techniques.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's degree is preferred, reflecting your commitment to continuing education in this field.
• Active or eligible Florida Physical Therapy license is a must. Your licensure will ensure we uphold the highest standards of care for our community.
• Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans is essential.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting where you have honed your skills in hands-on treatments and evidence-based methodologies.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is beneficial to streamline documentation and care coordination processes.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
