Progressive Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time position specializing in home care services in beautiful Marco Island, Florida. Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work predominantly onsite in patients' homes throughout Marco Island and the surrounding area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities, leading to accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices to address specific rehabilitation goals.
• Administer therapy techniques including but not limited to manual therapy, exercises, and modalities, based on patient evaluations.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to optimize patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including elderly individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes rehabilitating from sports-related injuries, and those with chronic conditions requiring long-term management. Our approach is holistic and centered on empowering patients to regain their independence and improve their quality of life through tailored rehabilitation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must possess a valid Florida Physical Therapy license or demonstrate the ability to obtain licensure prior to starting the role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid clinical abilities, displaying confidence and competence in evaluation and treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting, preferably with direct patient care in a home environment.
• Experience in outpatient therapy and familiarity with a variety of treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic health record systems and documentation processes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We are proud to offer a robust benefits package that includes:
