Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive mental health assessments and client needs.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, ensuring timely documentation including clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes per company protocols.

• Foster collaboration with case managers, medical personnel, family members, and other community resources to coordinate holistic care.
\n
• Innovatively utilize therapeutic interventions that engage clients in achieving their goals, leading to improved mental health outcomes.

• Prepare, submit, and maintain all necessary documentation for each therapy session to comply with regulatory and company standards.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to team dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapists at Questa Behavioral Health Center work primarily with children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our diverse clientele reflects the multifaceted reality of mental health needs, promoting respect and understanding across different backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Possession of a current LMFT PA clinical license is essential.
\n
• Proven experience in clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Capability to manage client documentation in a timely manner and maintain professional boundaries.
\n
• Familiarity with office software (Office 365) and electronic health record systems; experience with Valant is advantageous.
\n
• Successful completion of a background check is a prerequisite for employment.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred.

• Background in providing Telehealth services to enhance client access is a plus.

• Expertise in utilizing creative therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Questa Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, with additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes flexible scheduling, paid holidays (including your birthday), and support for professional development through access to a Continuing Education Library (CEUs). Therapists will also be compensated for administrative time spent on consultations and documentation.
