Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and deliver clinical care to a diverse patient population, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions, documenting treatment logs to monitor progress.

• Manage a varied caseload of patients presenting with unique psychological needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques to inform your practice.

• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families, creating and implementing tailored intervention plans that address personal goals.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to counsel clients through crisis situations, providing immediate therapeutic interventions as needed.

• Conduct mental health evaluations to inform treatment strategies, adjusting approaches based on continuous assessment and evolving client needs.

• Track and document treatment plans, strategies, and patient progress, making revisions to ensure optimal care pathways.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. Our patient population includes individuals with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma histories, and other psychological conditions. The flexibility of telehealth allows us to reach individuals who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person services, thereby expanding our impact on the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Valid licensure in your state as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
