Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct mental health assessments for clients experiencing major mental illness and emotional disorders, both in the community and remotely.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that link clients with necessary services, facilitating communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, employing strategies to stabilize at-risk clients while maintaining strict adherence to organizational procedures.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing specific needs tailored to client circumstances and presenting problems.

• Maintain a caseload of clients, managing each patient’s treatment options while ensuring timely progress updates and documentation in alignment with treatment goals.

• Participate in teamwork initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and adhering to the ethical standards set forth by Life Reconcile Mental Therapy.

• Provide brief, focused preventive and recovery services while conducting evidence-based screenings to guide treatment plans.

• Report unsafe situations, implementing corrective measures to ensure a safe environment for both clients and team members.

• Ensure the completion of reports and data submissions, contributing to agency-wide quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide on-call coverage and support outside of standard program hours when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Reconcile offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
