Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans rooted in cultural diversity and specific patient needs.

• Utilize diagnostic tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to assess and monitor the effectiveness of mental health care interventions.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions, leveraging evidence-based practices to support patients in achieving their treatment objectives.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental policies.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and other care team members to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that outlines agreed-upon goals and care strategies.

• Facilitate coordination of care by connecting patients with necessary resources and referrals, ensuring comprehensive support throughout their treatment journey.

• Educate and mentor students, interns, residents, and volunteers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

• Engage in peer review, clinical collaboration, and team meetings, contributing to the overall growth and effectiveness of the department.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to above-market compensation, we provide:
