Digital Marketing Account Manager

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual in the Akron/Cleveland Ohio area to be a digital marketing account manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of Mosaic eMarketing’s clients. This person will be responsible for two main areas:

• Client Management – This position will be the main point of contact for Mosaic clients and will be responsible for:
  • Relationship building – Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing and prospective clients.
  • Communication – Reactive and proactive communication in a timely, well thought out manner.
  • Results and client success – Ensure favorable results and the success of client partnerships.
• Team Management – Manage a team of digital marketers who also work on the same portfolio of Mosaic clients. This position is responsible for making sure our digital marketers are aligned with each client’s strategy, objectives, and timelines. Project management between the clients and team members to help everyone stay organized, aligned, and delivering.
• 5+ years of team management or client’s management experience.
• 3+ years in the digital marketing field.
• Strong communications skills via phone, email, and face to face.
• Personable, and easy to get along with.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Project management background is a plus.
• Self-starter who will proactively seek ways to drive account improvements and be proactive in communicating with our clients.
