Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify patient needs, formulating individualized treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Utilize the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and to tailor treatment goals effectively.

• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family counseling, ensuring sensitivity to cultural differences and varying life experiences.

• Utilize your knowledge of human development principles to promote wellness, address high-risk behaviors, and facilitate personal growth across all ages.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Water Edge Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 91,000 – 104,000 annually, plus bonuses.
