Business Development Executive

Job Title Business Development Executive - Sales Executive (Remote) | Inside Sales Employment Type 3-Month Contract (Performance-Based) Opportunity for Full-Time Employment based on performance after successful completion of the contract. Work Mode Remote (Work From Home) Salary 10,000 15,000 per month (Based on Experience) 10%20% Performance-Based Commission Shift Timing Day Shift 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (8 Working Hours + 1 Hour Break) Monday to Saturday Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for making outbound (cold) calls to leads provided by the company, explaining our services, handling customer queries, following up with prospects, and converting them into customers. This is a target-driven sales role and is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound (cold) calls to company-provided leads. Explain our services and answer customer queries. Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers. Maintain daily call and follow-up records. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Required Experience Mandatory experience in one or more of the following: Tele Sales Inside Sales Customer Support / Customer Success Recruitment Industry Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Mandatory) Strong sales and negotiation skills Comfortable with outbound calling Target-driven and self-motivated Basic computer knowledge What We Offer Fixed Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 per month 10% - 20% Performance-Based Commission Remote Work (Work From Home) Sales training and ongoing support Performance-based conversion to a Full-Time role after 3 months Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing organization Preferred candidate profile #J-18808-Ljbffr
