Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide timely and regulatory-compliant documentation of client interactions, including treatment summaries and progress reports.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical evaluation process to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Participate actively in organizational licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.

• Serve as a liaison to local service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering strong relationships that enhance service delivery.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the organization and with external stakeholders to uphold contract standards and promote the agency's mission.

• Pursue ongoing professional development by attending relevant conferences, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your expertise and represent the agency in various professional forums.

• Actively promote and integrate the organization's mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all aspects of your work.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele, each facing unique challenges related to mental health and well-being. This includes individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, those with developmental disabilities, and clients dealing with the effects of acquired brain injuries. Your compassionate approach will help clients navigate their paths to recovery, promote their strengths, and foster resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Current LMHC license issued by the state board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
