Work Environment

The outpatient clinic features a welcoming and collaborative environment conducive to healing and innovation. Working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life structure. As an onsite position, you will work directly with patients in a modern facility equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology and modalities tailored specifically for optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care, actively identifying goals and addressing the unique needs of each patient to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain a reasonable patient load, ensuring that you provide adequate attention and time to each individual, facilitating thorough assessments and personalized treatment plans.
• Demonstrate proficiency in orthopedic outpatient care, effectively applying evidence-based techniques that enhance patient mobility and function.
• Utilize cost-effective, innovative treatment approaches that reduce reliance on surgical and pharmacological interventions, promoting a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that leverage a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Encourage patients throughout their journey, motivating them to adhere to fitness and wellness programs tailored to their specific needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, actively participating in case discussions and strategies to ensure integrated patient care.
• Continuously evaluate treatment impacts, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet patient progress and goals.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of services rendered, utilizing EMR software (specifically Web PT) to ensure accurate and comprehensive patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated mastery of various manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in therapeutic exercise.
• Adept at using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for comprehensive documentation and patient management.
• Current knowledge of physical therapy techniques, supported by research and best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Experience in sports medicine or rehabilitation for athletes can enhance treatment approaches.
• Familiarity with specialized treatment techniques or certifications beyond basic physical therapy qualifications.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
