Refined Body Therapy Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our rehabilitation center located in Punta Gorda, Florida. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' conditions by implementing diagnostic tools to develop tailored treatment plans that alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Direct physical therapy treatments aimed at enhancing motor function and preventing disabilities, ensuring maximum performance aligned with patients' capabilities.
• Oversee the work of physical therapy assistants, guiding them to apply the treatment plans effectively and ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Perform hands-on therapeutic exercises, instructing patients in both manual and non-manual exercise regimens that promote their rehabilitation journey.
• Utilize physical agents, such as traction and massage, to support treatment goals, adjusting techniques according to patient responsiveness.
• Regularly evaluate patients' progress, documenting changes and providing clear communication to the interdisciplinary team regarding any modifications required in the care plan.
• Participate in case conferences, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and enhance comprehensive treatment strategies for each patient.
• Educate patients and their families about the proper use and care of assistive devices, ensuring they have the knowledge needed for independent living.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active physical therapy licensure in the state of Florida, in good standing.
• Current CPR certification, ensuring you can respond to emergencies effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
