Work Environment

Our typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, promoting a balanced work-life scenario.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities and goals.
• Maintain an optimal caseload to ensure high-quality, focused care for each patient, allowing for detailed and attentive therapy sessions.
• Utilize specialized manual therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility and physical function.
• Assess patient progress consistently, adjusting treatment methods as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle adjustments to promote overall wellness and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care, sharing insights and evaluating patient responses collaboratively.
• Document all aspects of patient care effectively using EMR software, such as Web PT, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all records.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing emotional support and encouragement for their progress.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings to enhance knowledge and sharing of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. We focus on helping patients of all ages regain their mobility and independence through individualized therapies tailored to their specific goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possess an active Physical Therapist license in Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrable expertise in various manual therapy techniques and modalities to aid patient rehabilitation.
• Exceptional ability to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, especially Web PT, to ensure precise documentation of patient progress and therapy provided.
• Current knowledge of best practices in physical therapy supported by research and clinical guidelines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Prior involvement in a multi-disciplinary team, showcasing collaborative approaches to patient care.
• Track record of successful patient engagements, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
