Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical abilities and limitations to establish effective treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment programs using evidence-based practices, specifically tailored to meet a diverse range of patient needs including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to patient concerns, providing education about treatment processes, and effectively communicating with both patients and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment interventions and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes, integrating feedback from doctors, nursing staff, and other therapists.
• Conduct in-home assessments when necessary, delivering purposeful therapeutic care to patients in their own environment, addressing their unique needs.
• Engage in professional development through ongoing education and participation in community outreach to promote health and wellness.
