Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, assessing their physical needs and limitations to develop effective individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as exercise prescription, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities to alleviate pain and promote mobility.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises while providing education on techniques to enhance recovery and prevent re-injury.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure maximum therapeutic benefit.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Instruct patients and their families on self-care strategies, including the proper use of any prescribed assistive devices, to enhance daily living activities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through educational workshops and participation in professional societies to stay current with the latest practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
