Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual mental health needs and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, marriage, and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based modalities to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Implement mental health screenings regularly to ensure timely identification of treatment needs and adjust care strategies accordingly.

• Build and nurture trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, providing them with a safe space to explore their challenges and aspirations.

• Listen actively to clients’ goals, evaluate their situations, and collaboratively develop treatment plans that set realistic objectives.

• Maintain regular progress meetings with clients to assess treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to their therapeutic approaches.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to remain current with the latest counseling practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing various mental and behavioral health challenges, including anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, and substance abuse issues. You will work with a diverse range of clients, including families and couples, as well as groups seeking support through shared experiences. The aim is to empower each client through personalized therapy that nurtures their potential for recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.

• Must hold an active and valid license in Washington State as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW).

• A strong foundation in counseling theories and techniques, with an emphasis on best practices in mental health treatment.

• Proficiency with digital tools and software for teletherapy and client management, facilitating effective remote counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
