Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments through in-depth interviews to understand each client's unique situation and mental health history.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health challenges and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other modalities tailored to clients’ needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of intake reports, progress notes, and treatment plans in our Electronic Health Records system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize various outcome measures to assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, enhancing therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health counselor will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families facing a multitude of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n
