Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at improving mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and community resources to deliver comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, while minimizing paperwork burden.

• Engage actively in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities with demonstrable success in client outcomes.
