Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, with annual increases and bonus opportunities based on performance. Additional benefits include:
