Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our Freehold facility, where you will be surrounded by a vibrant team of healthcare professionals. The work schedule is from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a consistent and manageable routine to provide high-quality care without the demands of weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine the most effective therapy interventions tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized care plans that may incorporate a wide range of therapeutic modalities.
• Use evidence-based practices to guide treatment decisions, continually assessing and documenting patient progress through EMR systems, specifically Web PT.
• Educate patients on their conditions and promote understanding about rehabilitation processes, emphasizing non-surgical alternatives to medications.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement cost-effective treatment strategies to enhance patient mobility and quality of life.
• Provide hands-on therapy techniques, demonstrating proficiency in various manual therapy modalities and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Motivate and inspire patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, actively addressing barriers to progress and encouraging adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams by participating in case discussions and sharing insights to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure thorough documentation of treatment provided, adhering to compliance standards and facilitating seamless patient transitions through care.
• Stay updated on the latest research and innovations in physical therapy to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse group of patients recovering from sports injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Our focus is on empowering individuals ranging from athletes to the general public, all striving to restore their motion and enhance their functional capabilities. Each patient will receive individualized attention and customized rehabilitation plans that refine their strength, flexibility, and overall health.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Thorough understanding and application of manual therapy techniques, along with extensive experience designing successful exercise programs.
• Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for accurate and efficient patient documentation.
• A strong commitment to evidence-based practice, staying current with advancements in physical therapy methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, particularly with orthopedic and sports medicine cases.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain effective patient relationships and an exceptional patient satisfaction record.
• Familiarity with fitness and wellness program development tailored to individual and group needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
