About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Slots to oversee the management and performance of the Slot Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing slot gaming procedures, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring compliance with all casino policies and procedures. This role involves reviewing maintenance and revenue reports, overseeing the maintenance and installation of slot machines, and maintaining a budget. The Vice President of Slots will also be involved in the hiring, training, and supervision of staff, as well as providing excellent guest service. Applicants for the Vice President of Slots position at the company should have a high school diploma or G.E.D., with an undergraduate degree preferred, and at least 5 years of casino-related experience in slot operations or a combination of education and experience in electronics and management. The role requires the ability to communicate in English and to work in a physically demanding, smoke-filled, and noisy environment. The candidate must be able to stand, move, and work throughout the properties, and be capable of lifting and carrying items weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. The position also demands a strong understanding of anti-money laundering regulations and the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant internal controls and standard operating procedures.
