Location: Chicago, IL (Remote Role)
Duration: 4+ months contract to hire

Digital Analytics Reporting and Tracking
Implement, manage and maintain tracking across FEP and vendor portal sites, using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure various initiatives
Gather data and report on all FEP digital assets
Collaborate with partners to investigate and resolve any data-discrepancies
Collaborate with development teams to resolve any network or defects in data
Support pre- and post-release data validation activities
Conduct user management activities for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Tableau access
Product Performance
Collaborate with FEP teams and vendors outside of the DX program to collect, analyze and report data on product performance on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
Conduct Targeted Experiments, which includes measuring, analyzing, and providing insight on targeted product performance to assist in product planning and identify problem/opportunity areas requiring deeper investigation or action
FEP Program Performance
Provide OKR patterns and trends reporting to business stakeholders
Develop reports to assess trends across FEP products and to enable circulation of DX information
Participate in FEP cross-functional initiatives related to the management and use of data in the organization
Provide best-practices, business cases, and measurement findings for Plan and FEP leadership forums
Data Visualization and Reporting
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor operational and program performance
Clearly communicate trends, patterns, and insights for leadership through presentations
Assist in the development of the FEP data analytics maturity model: descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive
Collaborate with business partners to identify appropriate data sources and provide timely, meaningful and accurate reports
