Revic is seeking a founding Senior Customer Success Lead to own post-sales outcomes from onboarding to renewal and expansion. You’ll design onboarding workflows, health scoring, QBR frameworks, and KPI dashboards, then scale them as the CS function grows. A true builder, you’ll drive adoption, quantify ROI, and turn customer feedback into product improvements. You will partner with leadership, product, engineering, and GTM to deliver measurable ROI for enterprise customers, and you’ll shape #J-18808-Ljbffr Revic
