Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy strategies for each client.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions across various settings, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, adapting these techniques to meet client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with our organization, you will provide support to a diverse clientele, many of whom may have limited access to mental health resources. You will work with individuals experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and family dynamics. Your ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds will be essential in fostering their emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting.
