Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Regimens: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy plans to help them achieve their specific goals.

• Engage with Collaborative Teams: Partner effectively with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to deliver thorough, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies that foster continued progress at home.
• Evaluate and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track.

Qualification Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ongoing education or postgraduate certifications encouraged and supported.

Licensure and Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
