Business Development Manager

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for connecting top talent with top companies? Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager and help us expand our footprint in the Columbus market across Accounting, Finance, Administrative, and Human Resources verticals. We offer a hybrid structure and a fantastic team environment! This position will be working hybrid with 3 days in office in the Polaris area.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and regional companies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and strategic outreach.
- Partner with internal recruiters to deliver top-tier candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles.
- Conduct client meetings and negotiations to close deals and grow revenue.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in the Columbus area.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
- Experience selling services in Accounting, Finance, Administrative, or HR verticals is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Columbus business landscape is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in related field
