Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality counseling services, psychotherapy, and comprehensive case management to clients in diverse environments.

• Create tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to set measurable goals and monitor progress.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them to critical resources, including financial assistance, housing services, and community programs.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing severe mental health challenges, such as suicidal thoughts, substance abuse instances, or responses to trauma.

• Engage with the community through educational initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

• Document and maintain accurate case records, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations.

• Participate in regular supervision and mentorship opportunities aimed at enhancing both clinical skills and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on students and their families, addressing a range of issues from academic stress and anxiety to more severe mental health conditions. You will play an instrumental role in supporting young people in developing coping strategies and emotional regulation, ensuring they receive the assistance necessary for their personal and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Tennessee LCSW license, with the capability to practice independently.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapy across various demographics, particularly with individuals and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
