Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions, implementing effective treatment strategies that meet individual needs.
• Establish personalized treatment plans employing a diverse range of therapeutic methods, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the utilization of specialized equipment.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting treatments and responses in compliance with best practices, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Educate and train patients and their families on the use of assistive devices, self-care strategies, and therapeutic techniques pertinent to their recovery.

Compensation and Benefits
