Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients through video or telephone sessions, ensuring personalized care tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to educate, empower, and support patients in their mental health journeys.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapeutic methods in compliance with Federal, State, and company guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, to ensure all aspects of patient care are addressed.

• Provide additional resources and referrals as necessary, helping clients navigate their treatment options and community involvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and acute mental health crises. Our diverse clientele comes from various backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of cultural competence and sensitivity in delivering care. You’ll adapt treatment methodologies and communication styles to best meet the needs of individuals from different demographic groups.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field; advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) are strongly preferred.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing direct mental health counseling or therapy.

• Ability to connect with clients and establish trusting therapeutic relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
