Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify their behavioral health needs and determine the appropriate level of care, working alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team.

• Collaborate with healthcare leadership to perform annual training needs assessments, ensuring all staff are prepared to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

• Engage in regular supervisory meetings with management to discuss individual cases, clinical challenges, and staff performance issues, while maintaining a focus on improving patient care.

• Supervise and guide the daily activities of behavioral health therapists, ensuring compliance with unit policies and providing coaching through annual performance evaluations.

• Document clinical interactions meticulously to maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and productivity metrics in accordance with program requirements.

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient outcomes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs.

You will be primarily working with school-aged children and adolescents who present with a range of behavioral health challenges.
