Administrative Assistant

$16 - $18 per hour

The HT Group

The HT Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our nonprofit client in Beaumont, Texas. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with clients, work independently, and maintain confidentiality while supporting a variety of administrative functions. Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately Conduct client follow-up and maintain positive client relationships Develop, maintain, and update spreadsheets, reports, and databases Create tables, reports, and other documentation utilizing Microsoft and other office applications Compile, organize, and maintain data from multiple sourcesAssist with administrative and project-related tasks as assigned Maintain accurate records and documentation Prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Requirements Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, office support, or customer service role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Location: Beaumont, TX Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00/hour DOE Position Type: Contract-to-Hire #J-18808-Ljbffr
