Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project ManagerWe are currently searching for an up and coming Assistant Project Manager with experience in new construction, primarily with exterior wall and/or facades, prefabricated assemblies, stucco and glass/metal panels. Preferred candidates will have 2+ years experience working with General Contractors with projects ranging in size. Responsibilities include:Assist the Project Manager in all phases of project management, from initial planning to closeout.Coordinate the submittal process, reviewing drawings and documents to ensure compliance with specifications and project requirements.Prepare and update project schedules, collaborating with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.Help manage project budgets, tracking costs and expenditures, and preparing financial reports.Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues that may arise.Ensure that all required project documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, including daily reports, logs for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and material delivery logs.Assist with the project buyout process, securing properly executed subcontracts and purchase order agreements.Participate in resolving project-related issues, coordinating with the Project Manager to find solutions.If you are interested in immediate consideration please send resume to Michele Saggese.
