Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss treatment plans, and schedule follow-ups or discharges as clinically appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique challenges and goals.

• Maintain detailed, up-to-date clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Conduct intake assessments to gather important clinical information and formulate initial treatment strategies.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional growth and receive guidance on complex clinical cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
