Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a crucial role in the recovery journey of our young adult clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions that foster connection among clients. You'll encourage them to share experiences and support one another in their healing journeys.

• Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic and personalized counseling tailored to the individual needs of your clients. Utilize evidence-based practices to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop customized, goal-oriented treatment plans addressing their specific mental health needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Track and assess client progress using various assessment tools and feedback methods to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals in our multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication and coordinated care for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing various mental health challenges. By providing targeted support within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), you will play an integral role in helping them navigate relationships, build coping skills, and foster a sense of hope and healing.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical mental health setting, working with diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n
