Job Description
Head of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer relationships. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of winning large commercial contracts, navigating complex pharmaceutical supply chains, and creating growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development and growth strategies.
- Identify and secure new pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, OTC, and healthcare packaging opportunities.
- Build relationships with senior executives, procurement teams, and decision-makers within pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare companies.
- Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Develop strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, brand owners, and industry stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and project management teams to ensure successful program implementation.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Maintain and expand a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Achieve annual revenue and profitability objectives.
