Associate Manager, Specimen Management

Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop staff while maintaining high performance and engagement
- Establish daily operational objectives and coordinate team workflows to meet demands
- Monitor metrics to identify operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with quality control systems, standard operating procedures, and regulations
- Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and audit readiness activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience
- 3-4 years of experience supervising, leading, or coordinating teams
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
- Strong leadership presence with focus on accountability and measurable results
- Understanding of operations, quality systems, and standard procedures
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Compensation: $58,800-$122,500 base
