Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy to address a variety of emotional and mental health issues.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to collect and interpret relevant data concerning clients’ social, personal, environmental, and health circumstances.

• Assess and formulate treatment plans based on clients' needs, identifying issues within the scope of practice.
\n
• Design and implement programs to support clients' social and emotional development.
\n
• Assist in crisis resolution for cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, facilitating referrals to community resources as needed.

• Establish and nurture a therapeutic relationship centered around mutual respect, acceptance, and trust.
\n
• Evaluate the efficacy of treatment interventions and adapt them as necessary for optimal client outcomes.

• Document all findings and treatment plans in accordance with established clinical protocols, ensuring client confidentiality.

• Maintain an appropriate caseload while ensuring documentation is updated and reflective of services provided.

• Engage in clinical counseling with individuals facing mental health challenges related to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, family dynamics, and addiction.

• Flexibility in fulfilling additional duties as assigned to meet the organization’s evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential within the state of Oregon.

• A strong foundation in addressing mental health issues such as mood disorders, trauma, and substance dependence.
