Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using compassion and ethical practices to support clients through video chat.

• Evaluate the mental and behavioral health needs of clients, focusing on stable, low-acuity adults, and create tailored therapy goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, constantly monitoring client progress and adapting strategies to meet their evolving needs.

Your primary focus will be on working with stable adults seeking support for various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adjustment disorders. By providing a supportive and empathetic environment, you will empower clients to explore their feelings and develop the necessary tools for personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating a strong commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.

• No disciplinary actions related to your license.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature to create strong therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with telehealth tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
