Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will take charge of the following responsibilities:

• Conduct ethical, compassionate, and solution-focused individual mental health counseling sessions via live video chat.

• Assess the behavioral and mental health needs of stable, low-acuity clients, crafting personalized therapy objectives based on their unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering insight into clients’ experiences, emotions, and relational patterns.

• Employ various solution-based therapy modalities, monitoring client progress, and adjusting treatment strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.

• Facilitate the development of healthy coping mechanisms among clients, empowering them to manage their mental health proactively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. This includes individuals coping with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. You will engage with a diverse clientele, allowing you to apply your expertise and personal strengths to help others improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions on your license history.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate disposition.

• Proficiency in using technology and electronic systems to streamline therapy sessions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services is highly regarded. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a commitment to continuous learning in the field of mental health will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, depending on your working hours and caseload. In addition to a lucrative salary, our benefits package includes:
