Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a mental health counselor includes:

• Conducting individualized and compassionate mental health counseling sessions through video conferencing, tailoring your approach to fit the unique needs of each client.

• Employing evidence-based techniques and solution-focused treatment modalities to foster clients’ personal growth and resilience during therapy.

• Creating personalized and effective treatment plans, keeping your clients' mental health needs at the forefront of your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists provide support to stable and low acuity adults presenting a variety of mental health concerns, from mild anxiety and depression to life transitions and stress management issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice; we welcome applications from fully licensed professionals (LMFT, LPC, LCSW), and we cannot accept applications from those with provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve mental wellness.

• Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate digital counseling platforms with ease.

• A reliable computer with a webcam and audio capabilities to ensure seamless virtual sessions, along with a dependable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of professional experience in a counseling environment, with a demonstrated track record of effectiveness in client engagement and treatment facilitation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Harmony Therapy values our counselors' contributions, offering a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually based on your selected work hours and caseload. Additional benefits include:
