Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing you the comfort and flexibility to work from your home in Waco, Texas, or anywhere else in the state. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using our secure, user-friendly platform, ensuring a safe space for clients to discuss their challenges.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions through comprehensive evaluations, collaborating with clients to tailor treatment plans that align with their individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of sessions in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, with minimal paperwork required.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in telehealth.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and referrals for clients to support their continuous mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is on serving clients with varying mental health needs, primarily stable individuals requiring low acuity support. You will have the opportunity to select your preferred demographics based on your expertise, working with clients from diverse backgrounds who seek help for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, with a focus on relevant therapeutic modalities.
• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas, with no disciplinary actions affecting your practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions with clients, families, and administrative personnel.
• Ability to create a dedicated and private workspace that complies with client confidentiality standards.
• Experience managing a caseload independently and effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is advantageous.
• Additional state certifications or dual licenses are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will receive:
