Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate access to supplementary resources.

• Maintain open communication with stakeholders to uphold the agency’s mission and meet contract obligations, thereby strengthening community ties.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local and national organizations to enhance program visibility and explore potential partnerships for additional resources.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and team meetings tailored to mental health practices.

• Advocate and embody the agency’s mission, values, and principles through all interactions and operational responsibilities.

• Complete other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a holistic team approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of diverse individuals confronting various mental health issues, including emotional distress, trauma, substance use disorders, and behavioral challenges. You will work closely with clients across different demographics, ensuring that each therapeutic interaction is individualized to promote their mental wellness and recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC License to practice in Massachusetts is essential.
