Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ needs and establish comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, and family units, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to set concrete therapy goals, regularly review and adjust treatment plans to ensure they align with each client’s evolving needs.

• Safeguard the confidentiality and rights of clients while maintaining compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions, workshops, and peer supervision to stay abreast of the latest best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and valid LCMHC license in Vermont is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
