This is a full-time remote position, offering flexibility while ensuring you remain connected with clients and colleagues through our virtual platform. As part of our telehealth facility, you will use advanced telecommunication tools to conduct therapy sessions, allowing you to reach individuals, couples, and families across the state of California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients using a well-defined assessment process to ensure accurate diagnosis.

• Collaborate with clients to set personalized treatment goals, ensuring alignment with their unique aspirations and mental health challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the age and background of each client.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, employing electronic healthcare records (EHR) to chart developments and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Work alongside other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate integrated care, ensuring comprehensive support for our clients.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the treatment process and promoting a strong support system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological issues. Your therapeutic approach will aim to accommodate the specific needs of different demographics and group dynamics, enhancing each client’s journey towards recovery and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated expertise or specialized training in mental health counseling, with a solid foundation in psychological theories and therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
