Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will: \n \n Facilitate therapy sessions that involve couples as well as individual sessions to address specific needs within familial relationships. \n Utilize evidence-based practices to comprehensively address various issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief, divorce adjustments, and communication difficulties. \n Implement treatment plans that cater specifically to each family member's needs, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental health. \n Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate interventions and resources that effectively support patient outcomes. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will engage with families facing a variety of challenges, such as blended families navigating remarriage, individuals coping with separation and divorce, and those dealing with significant life adjustments. Your role will be crucial in providing compassionate care that promotes healing and fosters strong familial relationships. Qualifications\n To be considered for this position, you must possess the following: \n \n A current and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field. \n A strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care. \n Preferred Experience\n While newly licensed candidates are welcome, those with experience in the following areas are highly preferred: \n \n Conducting family therapy sessions and providing counseling to couples and individuals. \n Addressing issues related to grief and loss, divorce, job stress, and family dynamics. \n Utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions. \n Implementing evidence-based therapeutic models and techniques. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000–100,000 annually, with generous above-market compensation tailored to reflect your expertise and experience.
