Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at our center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to gauge clients' mental health status and needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients based on their goals and unique circumstances.

• Providing individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.

• Utilizing teletherapy for virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.

• Offering crisis intervention services when necessary, responding proactively to clients in need of immediate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
