Human Resources (HR) Director

Job Summary:

Mon Valley Healthcare, a leading healthcare organization in Monongahela, PA, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources (HR) Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the HR Director will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies, programs, and policies that support the organization's mission and values.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to attract, retain, and engage employees
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational initiatives and goals
Provide guidance and support to HR staff, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Conduct employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment
Analyze and report on HR metrics, making recommendations for improvement
Develop and manage HR budget and ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience with HRIS systems and HR technology
